computer scientist in 1989. Then, He gave it to the World for Free.
The Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP)
is an Application Protocol for distributed, collaborative,
hypermedia information systems. HTTP is the foundation of data communication
for the World Wide Web. Development of HTTP was initiated by Tim
Berners Lee at CERN (The European Organization for Nuclear Research) in 1989.
Internet : ARPANET adopted TCP/IP on
January 1, 1983, and from there Researchers began to assemble the “Network of Networks” that became the modern Internet.
The online world then took on a more recognizable form in 1990, when computer
scientist Tim Berners-Lee invented the World Wide Web.
The Internet is at once a world-wide broadcasting capability, a mechanism for information dissemination, and a medium for collaboration and interaction between individuals and
their computers without regard for
geographic Location.
INTERNET made the World a Global
Village as
far as Information is Concern.
